Thank you for being fashion conscious and supporting a sustainable & slow fashion brand.
We make each and every one of your orders custom to your personal measurements and so we kindly ask that you be patient with us. Once we receive your measurements, our orders can take between 3 - 10 days to finalise (not including shipping time).
Our Vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of our custom business. All items are final sale.
We love to communicate with our customers so please feel free to drop us an email with any questions or concerns: hello@tanakavintage.com. Your measurements can be sent to the same contact email so we can begin working on your one of a kind sets.
All customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. We do not cover the cost of lost or stolen packages. All customers outside of the US are responsible for potential customs fees.
