We make each and every one of your orders custom to your personal measurements so we kindly ask that you be patient with us. Your orders can take anywhere between 7 days - 30 days to finalize (not including shipping time).
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our custom business - we can however offer alteration options on a person to person basis. You must cover return shipping costs yourself.

All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. We do not cover the cost of lost or stolen packages. All customers outside of the US are responsible for potential customs fees.
